  • Took the shorty off because it was way to loud for me. The scorpion sounds soo much better.

    • That's a good idea to upgrade those main wires. Wish I would have thought about that myself.

      • Where can I find a sound clip of your scorpion exhaust?

        • Don't believe I've posted one of the scorpion. And come spring there will be another different exhaust on, although it'll probably still be a scorpion.

          • In my search of different auxillary head cooling options, I did find that on the GSXR750 '90-'92 the gear in the oil pump was changed, most likely to push more oil than the '89>, due to the 750L introducing the curved oil cooler. This, at the very least, should help me out a bit with getting oil circulated better.

              • Definitely gonna need to chop off the rear peg brackets this to fit correctly. ATM can't even get it in the upright position with them there.

                    • Got the rear end off and test fitted the new SA. These pictures will demonstrate the clearance issues with the lower tail subframe as well as the brake M/C.

                          • Can wait to see how this turns out for you! I've heard a lot of people talk about using the busa swinger but I don't think that I've actually seen it done yet.

                            Hows your EFI project coming?

Javi's bike has one http://katriders.com/vb/showthread.php?t=116032. His response to how it fit in was "The sa fit easy, made some spacers and are ready!" but seeing the clearance issues on Cinti's bike.... not sure that's really a complete answer.

I would be intersted in knowing how a non stretched version would work, and if any limitations on the swingarm articulation is needed for clearances.
