if you look back toward the front, you will see the lower triple with all stops and stabilizer tabs shaved off!
See that's where we ended up doing more work and welding...we created steering stops like the Honda Hurricanes...they have this metal trapezoidal piece of metal welded to the bottom of the steering neck...this will hit the steering stops...we then drilled and tapped a hole where the steering stabilizer connects..we also used a fork clamp for the other end of where the stabilizer connects...I will post pics of this next time I go over to my buddies house, I forgot my camera last time I was there.

Yeah we found out after we did this mod that the stabilizer hit the OEM light that is why we ended up looking into the dual headlight system. As long as the dual is 1inch less width we'll be ok. The other option was to push the OEM light farther out but it would probably look funny...

that setup of the brakes makes the katana stop like any SS. Budget was not allowing SS lines to happen tho. I supplied enough parts from my bike anyway

cant wait to come over and check it out, i will sure come sunday if you are out and about

just a little carb work will take care of that idle issue

thats exactly what was happening to me and making sure the pilot screw is 2.5 turns out and a carb synchronizing took care of all that ever since
