Quit wearing leotards when you ride!

A different surface covering for the seat will change the grippiness and should stop that from happening. Look for a textured vinyl or leather at your local upholstry shop.

Find a local upholstery guy and have them reshape the pad some... you need a lower wider spot to sit in and have them use a textured vinyl when they cover the seat to keep you from sliding.

Also, get the balls of your feet on the pegs and take some of the weight with your legs. Hold the tank w/ your thighs.

You have a 600 right? Get a set of triples from a 750 - this raises the clip ons a few inches so you aren't leaned over as much. Might also want to look into a taller screen.

Should be able to do these mods pretty cheap and have a more comfortable katana.
