The secret to getting around it is to make the US PO Box the billing address for the credit card as well (not a big deal if you check your balances online instead of waiting for paper statements). But if he can't do that, I'll be happy to take paper payment via mail and wait for it to clear.

I think I should be able to get more without issue now (I hope). If so, I'll have more in about 2 - 3 weeks.
But I did drop $2500 today on inventory, bring the month's total of inventory purchases to over $5500...
