All 4 leads to the coils are hot wires putting power into the coils. Each coil has 2 separate circuits that need power.

If your not getting 12v at the coil on the black or white wires, then check where they come out of the igniter. That should be hot there too... key on of course.

It COULD be that you have a bad connector or wires between the igniter and the coils.

LOL, yes...you must have been still half a sleep when you read the post. That exactly what I've done. I followed your instructions to the Tee !
Re-read my last post. The only thing new you just explained is I may have a bad connector. The last test I did was at the connector plug-in. The only way to test the inside is to jump a hot wire going to the box so I can access the male plugs.
Thanks for help by the way

      Latest test:
I took the Ignitor Box completely off the bike. I ran pos. (10amp fused) and neg straight from the battery. I had absolutely no power out.

Kreylyn, I just tested the negative wire of the wire harness with the Ignitor unplugged.
I'm showing 0.54 volts on the ground. Is that normal ? I think I must have current interference some where.

          UPDATE:
*I've traced a faulty short circuit ground to the lights (brake, headlight) which caused voltage leak into the ground.
