Dido on the Guardian Angel and don't ride beyond your ability and remember the front brake is your friend!!

Most people will never ride to the bikes ability on the street.

I ride bike as if I am piloting a plane.
You have to be super aware of the surrounding, very careful and detail oriented to start off. Pre flight check is a must, then mentally run thru the route I am taking and possible situations prior to departure. Upon "landing" I debrief myself and review mistakes.

In short riding to me is very intensive, and also a continue learning process. NEVER STOP LEARNING regardless of how much experience you have. I always discovery something new everytime I return from a ride.

Also, I never ride should I not feeling well, physically or mentally.
