Okay new update: got all the gaskets in from House of Motorcycles in San Diego. They were actually cheaper local. Put them all in and noticed a big difference in the way the floats fit. Bench sync'd her. Hooked up the aux tank and no leaks. Put everything together and she fired right up. Warmed it up and hooked up the vacuum gauges for the sync. i would get new intake boots. that should help solve the problem, even if it is not the underlying factor it is something that will help the bike to run smoother either way.
