I'll stick with Kerosene, breaks down any chain lube and wipes it right off any part it got flung onto. Tho southerners have a hard time finding Kerosene since you dont use it for heating. Here we have gas pumps for it at certian gas stations.If its not broke, Hit it with a bigger hammer and blame it on cheap imports

Anyone know what's in Marvel Mystery Oil? I had been using PJ1 on my chain, but was unhappy about how sticky it was so i hit my chain good with MMO. the crud ran black dripping off my chain and it looked dramaticly cleaner even tho it's basicly new with about 1000 miles on it. I see no listing of active ingredients so i'm praying it's not WD40 type naptha. sure rinsed the crud out of the chain tho99% of the questions asked here can be answered by a 2 minute search in the service manual. Get a service manual, USE IT.

I use Profi Dry Lube and have had no problems with my swing arm and rear wheel getting coverd in greas.

Whenever in question of what a product contains.... Look online for MSDS Sheets in your search.
