    anyone ever try this before

Never used it but it sounds good. Price seems good although I like a free alternative that I learned from a chain saw repair guy, used motor oil and a rag.

I'll have to give it a try, if I can track some down. I'm always in the market for something to clean excess grease off my rims & swing arm...

      Cheers,

I'll stick with Kerosene, breaks down any chain lube and wipes it right off any part it got flung onto. Tho southerners have a hard time finding Kerosene since you dont use it for heating. Here we have gas pumps for it at certian gas stations.
If its not broke, Hit it with a bigger hammer and blame it on cheap imports

Anyone know what's in Marvel Mystery Oil? I had been using PJ1 on my chain, but was unhappy about how sticky it was so i hit my chain good with MMO. the crud ran black dripping off my chain and it looked dramaticly cleaner even tho it's basicly new with about 1000 miles on it. I see no listing of active ingredients so i'm praying it's not WD40 type naptha. sure rinsed the crud out of the chain tho

Whenever in question of what a product contains.... Look online for MSDS Sheets in your search. I use this site often both at work and at play. http://www.msdssearch.com/DBLinksN.htm The sites free as any MSDS saftey related site should be.
