Keep up the good work. Parts look awesome right now. Can't wait to see the finished product.

                  Thats great!!!

                  OK, so here's the scoop.
It's gorgeous outside and my bike was in pieces...sooo
I didn't get to fully finish the parts, they are somewhat cloudy and not to a full shine...but the bike is back together. I needed to ride!!! So, I am going to try to finish buffing/polishing while the bike is together...don't know how well thats going to work, although may work out better since there is something to press against.

I will take some pics today of the "as-is" state...it's not bad, but not very shiny.

Do you have any problems with the peices fitting together at the body seams with the extra thickness? you've got great patience, that work is very tedious. Cant wait for more pics.

This is taking forever as I have a ton on my plate right now with School, work, moving, ect...
I am hoping to get this done by end of next week. But realistic goal is 2 weeks.

I have started sanding and uh...
I didn't want to burn right through the resin, so I started with 320 grit...not enough, then went to 220, then 150, and finally 80
I am starting with 80 to take it down to a level surface, then will work up from there.

All pics are still before sanding....

                          seriously, camera phone. wtf? no.

cant get a good view of yer stuff.

why do folks insist on using nasty blurry poor cameraphones to take pics of something cool.
