Same issue as Seattle, with about 27-1/2 inches per year, but typically 156 days of "rain" in the forecast (statistics specific to Kent), although you do get some of the "monsoon" like rain storms. Have they lifted the hosepipe ban yet?

It comes and goes, not had one this summer though, it's been the wettest on record ever
