  • Hello

    Hi, my name is James.

I have a set of Kat 97 750 forks on my GS500 project bike that I am trying to make perfect.

I have the gold valves and racetech springs sorted , had the fork legs powder coated gold and I am finding lots of great info on how to set them up perfectly.

The only issue I have was that I snapped both preload adjusters off in shipment and they cannot be salvaged . Cannot find any on eBay unfortunately. I would KILL to have some of those ones I saw TMod produce.

Anyway, thanks for reading my intro. You guys rock.

Welcome to KR. In the near future I will be selling my set of Tmod preload adjusters, but that won't be until I can start moving some of my stuff down from Ohio.

Somewhere in the 2000-2002 range I believe, I think it was a bandit model that came with preload adjusters. Thus, narrow down that model, and you can order them from suzuki. It uses the same size fork tubes as the kats.
