Any chance of getting some $ out of the thief? I'd start Ebaying for the parts you need- at least the guages and lights. There's also the WTB threads here on KR. There's almost always someone with the part you need, except plastics. There have been a few members who've had some luck with the Hong Kong plastic kits, you'll just need to have your tank painted to match. Good luck- and keep that Kat forever, it came back to you.

Since it's a 2004, the eBay plastics are an option for you. They are "knock off" plastics that come from China at rock bottom prices. People have been saying nice things about them...
