Good to know these things can handle the mileage. I bought my 93 600 with 15,550 a month ago and put 4 miles on her before I tore her down.

BTW , bout 75k (74,816.5 to be exact ) on mine now . But does it count since I rebuilt the engine about a year-and-a-half ago ? Carb running UBER-rich from wrong jets for almost 4 years tends to do bad things to a cylinder . It was still running , and making compression , just not HOLDING it real well .Last edited by md86; 02-24-2009, 04:53 AM.

2k6 600 with 5,981 miles.
I think my next bike might be a VFR or a ST1300. My uncle has a Honda ST1100 and it has just under 95,000 miles on it. Its still running great. Oil changes work wonders.Ride like there's no tomorrow!!! You never know when your going to run out of "tomorrows"!!!
Current Bikes:
1997 Honda CBR1100XX Blackbird
2007 Kawasaki Ninja ZX14R Special Edition

When they stole our bikes (7 Dec 07), Malloc's had above 80k on it. I've put 42k on one Kat before I sold it for another one, and there was no reason it wouldn't have seen 100k easily (the replacement was the same price as mine, but a year newer and 40k fewer miles on it).
Cheers,

I bought my 93 the end of March, 2008, with 9,300 miles on it. Now not quite a year later 21,480 miles. And I got to ride today! 27 degrees, but the roads were clear.Always count on hitting pavement twice. First time from inexperience, the second from thinking you are experienced!
