Whats a good technique/placement for the head light wires? also how difficult is it to wire up a new dual bullet head light or single crusier style headlight as well as turn signals?

    Edit: its a 98 Kat 600

I can't really help with the dual headlights. But wiring up a single light would be the same as factory. Same with the turn signals. Match your existing wires with the new lights vai wiring diagrams. Then cut, solder, and heatshrink together.

To make the wires less noticeable, run them through some black sleeveing like the factory used. Since your fightering it out, chances are you could use some sleeving from your existing harness.

If you're getting a cruiser style headlight, you can get a CB style one with lots of room behind it to stuff the wires in. Once you rip it all apart, you'll see the wiring isn't that crazy or hard to hide.

Signals are easy to wire if you aren't using LEDs.

I'm thinkin about putting led turn signals. Why is it harder to wire leds?

Its not any harder to use leds. You just need a variable load signal relay.

Yah the relay might be fussy to hide for the front if you're really fussy about that stuff.

The relay just replaces the stock relay under the seat.
