threw together some mounts and did a mock mount of the new hid headlight.
would like it not to be so far from the triple, but its just a mock set up. want to make sure theres room to put my tach.

Insane amount of hard work and dedication you've got going on with your build. Your bike is beautiful man way to go! I'm starting my 95 600 revamp soon and going back to a fighter style with it as well. If it turns out half as nice as yours I'll be happy beyond belief. Spent some time sorting out my wiring today. Upgraded some wires, removed others, and upgraded grounds. Started wiring the HID set up as well.

Also I've noticed you have good experience stripping everything off the frame. Is that farely easy or would it be something better for someone with experience?

It is quite easy, just be sure to keep parts seperated and know how it goes back together.

Depends on what part it is and how far your taking it apart..

it would be as far as i have to to get the frame completly bare to sandblast and paint

yup yup ive actually been reading through the service manual and feeling pretty overwhelmed with all of the parts that are probably worn out. But i think i probably will start the full tear down this week. thanks for the advice and again great job

Still working on the wiring... and still have only just started some of the wiring for the efi...ughhh....

Decided to do something a little easier.. mounted and balanced my tires and pressed in the new allballs bearings (thanks dennis ) and installed the new rear rotor. Have gotten the new SA spacers as well (thanks jim ), will likely install them later tonight.
