Guys, my original pipe on my 2000 750 Kat rusted through where the pipe meets the header collector. Where can I find a replacement, either stock or aftermarket.. It seems Suzuki no longer manufactures a stock replacement. Any help is appreciated. I posted in the "Parts Wanted" section, but no responses. Thanks again.

I've noticed thru some research and just plain looking at the thing
this exhaust is huge. Our 750's have a 187cc cylinder exhausting
one at a time through 4 pipes with the dual crossover system used
by the factory. They didn't even use slip on silencers as the whole
intake/jetting/exhaust system is matched quite nicely.
I'd lay odds that the stock pipes are literally the best exhaust for
the Katanas.
I'm gonna sweeten the idle mixture screws a bit and that's all.
Even the intake hole is pretty wide for one small cyl to be drawing
air at any given time. The filter provides good vacuum to pull up
the carb sliders but breathes very freely. Ebay all the way !!

There is a company called Delkevic and they make oem compatible headers in stainless and are well priced. They make quality kit! Worth checking out. I've got a nice carbon can on my b12 and it's great quality. Stainless downpipes! They state no jetting required but even if you did, that would be the last set of pipes you'd ever need!sigpic

I have a complete 750 system in good shape, dual muffs, pre 97.
