Vibration is almost unoticeable but for after riding for a long while, my hand feels like pins and needles.

My guess then is that you're putting too much weight on your hands . LIGHT hands is what you want . Some good gloves will help , too . I put some little bar ends on my bike because I thought they were pretty . I found a set of not-so-pretty stock ones that I'm gonna put on soon .

I guess I'm the freak here, with heavier-than-stock bar-ends (although they do contain the throttle lock for cruising purposes)...
