Stubby Shorty Exhaust

Has anyone tried these MotoGP style drag exhaust? I found them on Ebay. I hear one has to re-jet the carbs, what is involved in re jetting the carbs?

The sad part is, I'm not a newcomer to forums....I did look around, I just missed the blatant "Exhaust & Mod Shop" section....oh well, I found what I was looking for. Go Figure!
