i noticed that a bit too late lol idk how you lose your key anyway. mine never leaves my pocket or ignition!

while removing my battery for storage i set the key right where the battery sits and then somehow stuffed my cargo net on top. will never ever happen again.

actually it's too soon to tell. never is a long time. just kidding. glad you found your key. i had a similar issue with my boat key. found it in my trunk tool box after getting a key made. D'oh.
