        Dude, you are damn lucky you didn't grind into bone on your arm from that fall. Wear your gear if you got it or get some if you don't.

                                Ouch! Heal fast man. You're a lucky SOB!

                                Been there, done that, but at 25 mph & I broke some major bones and needed surgery. Now I ride ATGATT.
