What have I lost while riding?

          1. All of my worries in the world at one point or another.

          2. My sanity.

          3. I've also lost all common sense when riding before....that's never good.

Lost a pair of shorts when trying to dry them by letting them fly in the wind on the back of the bike. They didn't fly off, though. They came in contact with the muffler and melted. I took them back to REI and told them they melted in my dryer. They reluctantly replaced them!

A cell phone that fell out of my tank bag on the highway. Never saw it again.

A knee slider that flew off my knee on Interstate 40.

Won't even get into the stuff I left at the bottom of the mountain at Deal's Gap.

I lost a loaf of bread once. It was inside my jacket and the jacket ripped open in the wind. Good-bye bread.

My baffle tonight. Shot out of the exhaust.

Turns out the screws were loose, so the baffle kept vibrating back and forth which lengthened the holes and eventually tore through them.
