Currently in a 20' x 40' garage, but I want the bike home now that I sold my house and took up new residence, I am currently building a new 12' x 12' garage for it. Will have heat and AC when I am done. Cost thus far for materials about 1500.00. Building it myself and correctly. Floor joists 12 on center with 3/4 plywood which I am epoxy coating to prevent spills from soaking in.

I keep mine outside, but for winters it goes into my brothers garage. And if its gonna rain I put her in the shed and pull my mower out to sit in the yard. I need to replace my steps to my front porch though so it may just get a ramp instead. The one half of my porch is enclosed and could easily keep my kat out of weather.

Up until last winter mine sat outside year round, parked it in my parents garage across the street last winter, parked in the driveway now until the weather gets bad again. Will probably have to clean out my shed for it or the EX500 before winter hits this year, since there's not going to be room for 4 bikes in the garage if I get my ZX.John,

My babies get the garage. It's only a single car, little extra deep, but the vans are banished to the back yard.
The Garage even has it's own alarm system
nice guy that I am, I do have a special parking spot set aside for Zack and his Harley in my driveway.
