Hello fellow Katriders! I'm new to the whole bike world, just pick up a 1997 kat 600 with 4500 miles on it. The thing looks brand new but, ran like, crap seeing how it sat for 2 years! Had EvilElmo20 come over and me and him spent a whole day ripp'in her apart and fix'in all that needed to be fixed. Ive wrenched on cars but never bikes so had no Idea what to do. Without EvilElmo20's help it would have never been done or cost an arm and leg to get rite! So I just wanted to throw a HUGE THANK YOU his way!!!!! THANKS DUDE!!

I keep hearing it and seeing it, Katriders has one of the best forums and some of the most helpful bikers out there. While I was poking around looking into 'which' touring I wanted to settle into I was checking forums for activity and responsiveness. Felt like home here almost immediately.
