rode on a 6 hour ride away from my house and found towns ive never herd of in my life before. stopped past a biker bar and grill.great little set up.took me 4 hours to get back home.just me and the road.

****ed it up. went to fix the petcock and ended up making it worse. In the process i had tank upside down with gas in it, didnt realize that would make the fuel come out around the lid....took the paint off it!!!!! Bike will be pretty much satin black tomorrow. Should be pretty bad ***.

Found out several plug wires were not connected properly.

Air'd up the tires, tightened and lubed the chain, checked the brake pads- riding to D.C. in the A.M. with Scout and JaxKat.

I went out to the garage and looked at it.. one of my kids wrote on a piece of note book paper "Some assembly required" and put it on the tank... damn kids.. who taught em to write anyway...

I just got home from work, about 60 miles each way, and took advantage of some good light. Finally got a decent picture after I touched up the plastics and added the white graphics.

I too am also getting new tires. Rear is totally bald in the center.

I finally finished up my mesh insert project and also bolted on some turn signal mirrors. Next gonna add some led lights and a full exhaust system. Brought the bike with the baffle taken out of the stock exhaust.

Got a new front tire. next week the rear will be in.
