    • Put the engine back in my Kat and took it for a short test ride to make sure the trans is working like it's supposed to. Just need to give the carbs their annual spring cleaning to get rid of the rust plugging the pilot jets, and find a new back tire, and it should be good to go.

              • Finished shovel chop by removing the turn signal stalks, leaving just enough to keep the license plate in place. Turned the license plate bracket upside down to give the plate a little bit of a rake. Completed my DIY signal/taillight integration.

Signature was getting too long, check my garage for list of mods.

I just RE-did my shovel chop because the first go around didn't mount up very well. Looks much better now.

I also put on SS braided brakes lines last weekend.

                  Today I rode to work.

                      • Finally done with painting the exhaust, nothing quite like reviving a 30 y/o piece of kit *yea yea, pics will come later hehe*

Rear seat & indicators fitted, but found out the oil pipe on the gixxer engine is blocking the bottom fairing mounts

                              • I bought a $200.00 tire because of a nail the size of a thumb tack!
Oh well... The cost of riding safe I guess.
