Dude, the BBB (Better Business Bureau) is just a scam....they're not a government agency and have no real power, except for businesses to self-regulate (total sham, IMHO)....
You should have gotten into a small accident (with no harm done) and claimed mental anguish and pain & sufferring...Your insurance company would keep them busy for years, and they'd think twice about screwing anyone or doing inept work again (unless they're too stupid to know).
I don't usually give out the names of an excellent bike shop. But I will make an exception in your case cause I know what you are going through.I mostley ride vintage bikes and finding a good wrench is a struggle. There is only 1 shop I will take anything to.Tike's Cycle Shop he is hands down the best wrench I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and he is not to hard on the wallet. His phone # is 937-473-3706 I believe he opens at 10:00 tomarrow. He is very good and does work pretty quick.Oh I forgot this is in Covington,Ohio about 20 min. north of Dayton, good luck. David

thanks david i will have to give them a call to see if he can do my gsxr cams and install the carbs and links once i get them back from arsenic and see how fast he can get the work done. i have been to covington many of times unfornately i hate that town, i used to play them in sport because they were in our conference and they always seemed smug but no matter what sport it was they could excute the game very well except for track i owned all against them.
Not being a dick, but that was the longest run-on sentence EVER...
I know why you say that..... I read it just as it's written, so I am reading it with no pauses, no infliction, nothing. It sounds like the magazine sales guy from Office Space.

You know, you really should have just trailered the bike to Arsenic and told him to work it over. It would have been ready 2 weeks later, running flawlessly and both of you would have been happy about it.
CP, I can't do that. My garage houses both my parents vehicles, I'm not looking to put my moms car out side, I don't want to be liable for someones entire bike. If you want me to do your carbs great, whole bike, can't do it.

Then it's damn well time you saved up your pennies to get an outbuilding to put on the property or a tiny shop in some storage-facility type place... I think the outbuilding would be a smarter investment; doesn't need to be big, just large enough to house 3-4 bikes and let you move all the way around 1 without clearance issues.
