I'm still riding. Texas is nice for that reason. I should hit 30k miles by June, and I'm planning on hitting it. 2005 kat bought in june with zero miles on the clock. In a couple of months I'm going to by some electric gear (vest, arm chaps, leg chaps and possibly gloves).18-16 degree weather can be cold, and I don't like to be restricted in movement-- I feel like the stay puff man sometimes.

This thread is interesting reading to a Aussie Queenslander.

Never appreciated all the hardships that people & their bikes have to endure with the cold and/or snow.

The temp range here is between 0 Celsius and about 30 Celsius (which it was the other day)

The new bike hasn't seen rain, only because we are in the middle of a long drought.
                    Retired & enjoying it

Here in Dayton Ohio are it has been below most days for about 2-3 weeks now. I pulled the battery and put Stable in last week. Put it out of comission till it warms back up. I was hopeful and was riding till the week after Christmas, but It's been to cold for me lately.
