  • How many of your intended mods did you accomplish?

    valve job - Nope
    carb sync - Nope
    grind header welds - Nope
replace air filter - still sittin on workbench
    repaint headers - nope
fix a couple imperfections in the plastics - nope *(even added a new one as i dropped it in the driveway when i decided to put it in the garage after a couple too many beers)
new paint - nope - good thing too cuz i didnt drop the bike till thurs
airbrush new graphics (gott learn how too - that should take some time) - bought the airbrush - does that count?
Might try to tackle painting the swingarm too - but doubt it - doubts confirmed
Paint top clamp of triple tree after grinding to take out imperfections - nope
create computer mockup of new paint - no - but did find a picture of the paintjob i'm going to attempt (if it doesnt work i'll start over i guess)
Make templates for new logos: ie: Katana, 600, katriders, suzuki - nope - wont need em
    fender elimination - nope
and possibly fabricating a hugger - maybe even a cowl - didnt get to

ix stuck float on carb on cr250 - done
complete the plastics on cr250 - done
change spark plug on cr250#2 - done
change handlebars on cr250#2 - not done - bought em tho
already repainted plastics on Laura's 50 - done
oh and take the kids out on the dirt bikes - done

i got unmotivated as i needed to move out some furniture - so i ended up building two beframes/headboards, moving a bunch of furniture to get rid of g/f's stuff (we broke up)

So as it turned out i'm gonna have to take some time to do it over the next couple weekends - also ran outta money since the x-g/f didnt pay her rent to me for the month

With the weather here remaining awfully nice so far, it has been making it harder and harder to tear mine down. Alass, it must be done though. Starting next week mine comes way down.

      Paint swing arm
All plastics going out to paint as soon as I get them off...

Short list this winter but, it's about all I have to do really..

crap....not even close. the only thing I have gotten done so far on my project bike is the frame is done and the body is painted. the engine is back together, but still sitting on the bench. I still have a ways to go.
            It's only been a year or more...lol.

the problem is that I have been spending all my "project" money on buying more bikes to rebuild. now I have 4 bikes to do.

I might be able to say "all complete" in 3 or 4 years....providing I don't buy any more in between now and then.
