As a matter of fact I won and paid for this auction on 11/07/06 and did not receive this until 11/28/06. But I won the auction @ $130 after he relisted it. This guy never returned emails or phone calls. I also never received the tabs that were supposed to be included. I got the cowl now and I didn't have to wait months for it though, so I'm happy. I'll say one thing is that I'll never buy from this guy again.
