to PRIME or not

Kinda like a newby question , reinstalling carbs after rebuild do i set the fuel tank switch to prime to let the carb floats fill up then set to ON or
what is the right way of doing this?

Yes, the prime setting is to fill the bowls when they are dry.

Just don't forget to unprime it, or you'll be doing an oil change!

Only if his floats aren't set correctly. But yes it is best to leave it in the on position rather than prime.
