What's your list of mods/cosmetic changes? Based purely on this picture, here is my list.

1. Slip on of some sort, obviously.
2. Ditch the fender and grab bar
3. Rear hugger
4. some sort of solo cowl
5. Check possibilty of swapping out top triple for something without bars and switch to clip-ons.
6. Paint or powdercoat all of the foot peg brackets and engine brackets satin black.
7. Power commander?
8. Tires, lets hope it doesn't come with crapadams....

Well based on your list, I'd do most of it. I'd also add flush mounts, mirrors, undertail with integrated signals in the tail light, some sort of licence plate bracket, dark smoke windshield, and instead of a slip on, I would get a full system for that bike....can't stand the black headers to the mid-pipe!!

I don't mind the black headers, but i think it's a bit fugly where the midpipe connects to the collector.

Easily do the following mods:
1. Fender chop/Undertail
2. Flush-mount front turn signals
3. Integrated taillight./turn signals (even if I had to fab it myself somehow)
4. Probably an exhaust. Scorpion is possible. That bike almost screams for an undertail exhaust, though. Almost.

I don't know about clipons. I'd have to see how comfortable I would be with the raised bars. But I think it would look good with clipons.

I just looked over my own 10 "beginner" upgrades for the Kat list, and if you substitute the PowerCommander for the Ivan's jetkit, the list doesn't change, at least for me...
