Much more comfortable and look a little better IMO

I've used the Icon field armor boot for the last 2 years, I just bought a pair of Alpinestar supertechs. All I can say is wow what a diiference, the A stars are 1/2 the weight and feel like I'm wearing slippers, very comfortable. I like the Icons but decided to go towards more of a racing boot.

I have the icon standards and they are a great commuter boot. I wear them all day at work and they are comfortable as all get out after you put some different insoles. Plus they are super durable.

I got Alpinestars Ridges boots . Don't look TERRIBLE under jeans , and comfy enough that I've walked around in them most of the day and felt ok . In fact , I use them as my "snow boots" since they waterproof .
