OK.. I got these 2 images from the programmer... he mounted the necessary devices to program and test and here are the results. I will be getting the balance of the parts next week to finish assembly.
The display portion of the board will be cut off and trimmed as necessary for custom mounting.

                  Enjoy...

Sweet. All the more closer to WORLD DOMINATION!!!!!!!!!!
I have embarked on the road of modding. Even if you BOLT ON new parts to a bike, there will be someone somewhere that has the same combination. With the Kat, you have a unique platform. Sure, some parts might be from other bikes, but no one will have the same combination. It will be truly yours and unique.

                      • Boy, they're proud of that. For $50 I think I'd rather mod my stock switch or hunt around for a used one to mod.

                          • May be a PITA but still... I don't have much time but I still have more time than money.
Gotta be a way to build a jig for the drill press to get those holes drilled in the right spots. After that, it's soldering, cutting the rods into pins, gluing them in place and sealing it all back up. None of that's too bad. I'm thinking epoxy instead of silicone, though.

                            • im going with the slightly over sized pin and press it in then seal it up.

If my try with mine on the mill is successful I'll let you know, we can work something out..

                              • I set out today to mod my existing neutral sensor from the parts bike.
I used brass rod that is .156 in diameter and drilled pilot holes then drilled to size using a .154 drill bit.

I printed the sensor housing i designed at a 1:1 scale in tracing paper, cut it out and used some glue stick to hold it on. I used the cross hairs from the drawing to find my drill centers.

I used the drill press to press the pins in, i pressed them all in slowly and used some Teflon spray for a bit of slippery... until the last pin....
