When my oil was gas washed is that a sign of a bad coil pack? How can i test coil packs?

Whaaaaat!!!! No! That is a sign of a carb issue. Most likely a float needle not sealing issue. Measure the resistance of the coil and check it against the specs in the manual."I'm sorry, I didn't mean to upset you when I called you stupid. I thought you already knew..."

Petcock would be the first place I'd look. Just don't run it til you've sorted it out ! I changed the oil ran it for fifty miles and then changed it again with a new filter when it happened to me.Old Age and Treachery Will Beat Youth and Skill Every Time
