Its a Yosh pipe. Is there a gasket that goes in there or does it just fit metal to metal. If so, is there a way I can make a tighter seal????

Stock pipe has a seal..
Maybe someone reused the old one instead of getting new / right ones? -
The Yosh takes the stock exhaust gasket, which sits just inside the collector end of the headers. It runs about $20 from Suzuki if you don't have one in there.
If you have a 98+, I'd PM one of the guys who just installed a WileyCo and ask if you can have their old one...
