fuel wont flow when on prime so i disconnected my vacuum from the carbs and acted as the primer bike started up 5 mins later without an issue minus my idle going up and down between 1500-2000

Intake boots leaking? I have that problem with my 90 1100. Also I cannot find replacment boots. 1990 1100 katana needs intake boots.
RIding sober really ain't as bad as I thought it would be.

Do you happen to know the best jet size combination to use in the 34mm carbs on the 1990 katana 1100?

The 1100 uses 34mm carbs ? Huh , the 1127R engine uses the same 36mm that the 750 does . Wonder what would happen if the BST36SS's were stuck in the 1100F ...

The GSX1100G uses BST36SS carbs too. Just the GSX1100F uses the BST34SS carbs. I find the design of the BST34SS carbs really bad, I'd rather use the BST36SS carbs. The 1100F certainly has a large enough bore to use 36mm carbs. Cheriff is running BST36SS carbs on an 1100F engine.
