98 to 06

ive been researching a lil and i still have some questions. can i swap everything mechanical from a 06 to a 98? i found a great deal on a dead one and im thinking of pulling the carbs, swingarm, wheels, airbox, forks, etc.. is there any problems im gonna run into when doing this?

Forks will be different, whole front end infact.. triples forks and wheel assembly.

will it work if im using the entire front end?

I'm not sure I see the point? The only real difference is the tail on the 03+ is different.

Put the 98 motor in the 2006. Much easier.

not an option the frame is tweaked really bad but most everything else is good on it thats why i want to use it. i knew the body was different like tail and rear foot pegs etc. but everything on the front end and the swingarm look identical.
