problem with 03 Kat 750

My son bought the bike and when we rode it it would die when you let off the throttle from full throtle.
The bike then hesitates to start for while but eventually does.
If it dies while it's still rolling and you dump the clutch it will run again.
I thought it was the rusty tank and carbs.
We replaced the tank and rebuilt the carbs but we still have the same problem.
Any ideas??

Big vacuum leak. Did you sync the carbs?

Did u dip the carbs and sync them

Well thx for the reply,the mech found a frayed wire. Fixed the wire and BAM dieing prob fixed.
