  • how to replace clutch cable?

im trying to replace the clutch cable because mine snapped at the lever. but i was wondering how do i get the clutch cable off the transmission??
    and its a '94 600

The cable is attached to the sprocket cover.
Down load the service manual from the wiki.
then take the sprocket cover off.
slack the cable from the top of the sprocket cover
then remove the end of the cable inside the housing.

Take the cover off, its very obvious how to remove the cable.
90% of motorcycle forum members do not have a service manual for their bike.

Actually, the link to the first pre manual doesn't for me either. FYI. This one.

              This one, however, works.
