How does gsxf650 compare to 600 engine?

How does the newer 650 engine compare to the 600? In terms of throttle bodies and possible swap of the fuel injection system onto the older 600 engine?

I've read many posts where people have tried fuel injection, but I was just wondering if anyone has played around with the idea trying to use factory parts.

Edit - I do realize the obvious, water cooling v.s. no water cooling. I'm focusing mainly on the fuel injection bit.

What that means in general terms is that the intake spacing is different. The EFI from a GSX650F is NOT going to fit right on a Katana without modification.

+1, I edited the end of TheSteves thread thread on EFI because someone had posted the the gsx650f was a direct fit...it aint lol.
