well i sat him down and had a Loooong talk with him. and the advice on the manual. i think im gonna go that route (including making him pay for it).

Found this after do some research.



However, in my 2001 750 manual, the placement of the pin from the chain on the right (exhaust) cam should be where the #2 pin is at.

The placement of the pin on the left (intake) cam is correct.

well. we got the bike going. he has school and i dont know what the weather is gonna be like later in the moning ( laid off fo the time being). ill give it a ride and see if any ting else is wrong with it. thanks fo the help and support. ill still be here a'lurking. now to turn on the DnB and zone out.
