      So so.
It runs great now, but I think it is running a bit lean. The idle wants to climb a bit. Also, the rpms hang for a bit longer than they should. I am going to sync the carbs and see what happens.

        Major problem.
I started the bike up and let it warm up. I then took the tank off and rigged a gear oil bottle for the gas tank. I hooked up my make shift sync tool to carbs 1 and 2. All went well. 1 was pulling more vaccuum, but it is even now. Then I hooked up 3 and 4. 4 was pulling more than 3, so I adjusted it to get it even. The bike then started running like a** and stumbled all over itself. No matter what I did to that screw, it wouldn't do anything. I wasn't even able to keep it running. I am going to let it cool down and try again.
Does anybody possible know what is going on?

No box fan blowing on the motor to keep it from overheating?

Great news. The bikes runs GREAT. I finished syncing the carbs this morning.
I really want to thank everybody for all the help! I would be lost without this forum.
I took it out for a ride, even tho it is only 40 degrees. I didn't get it out of third gear since I was freezing by that time. It runs, shifts, and drives great. Wouldn't even know the bike had 25k miles on it.
I plan on spending quite a bit of time on this forum to upgrade/improve my bike even more.
                Again, THANKS TO ALL!
