Well I ran into the same problems when I swapped the 1127 in. The gear shift on the hydraulic clutch cover put the shifter too far from my foot. So what I did was use a post98 front sprocket cover to solve that problem but that meant I had to use a manual clutch.Chrome Project Part 1

I would say use your 03+ kat front sprocket cover and use the manual clutch perch from your kat.
