i have a 90 katana. and when its complete cold and hasnt run for a day it will need starting fluid. after its warm and i shut off the bike, itll start right up. any suggestions of what to tweak.

Try running some seafoam or techron through the bike... but the problems you are describing point to crud in the pilot circuit.-Steve

Yeah , betting on a lean idle circuit , most likely caused by crud build-up . If it starts and idles well when warm , that'd point to gas getting through enough when warm to keep it running , so Seafoam COULD help , provided it's something that it can break down. If it works , hooray . If not , time to make SURE them, carbs is clean ....
