A 520 chain is slightly smaller and thus lighter. CP reccomends keeping a 530 b/c it will last longer and the performance gain of the 520 is non-existent.
Swapping a chain and sprockets is not hard, but not exactly fun either - so get a 530 and it will last longer.
Oh, and don't go super cheap - you are dealing with a 90hp chain saw.
