Starter Clutch Holder??

Does anyone know where I can get a starter clutch holder (suzuki part# 09920-34810)?? I called the dealer and they can order it for me for $126 - I'd really like to get the tool cheaper if I can...$126 for a tool (that's not even a power tool!) is kinda steep...

Or, if anyone can give me a workaround...

I know what it looks like, long rod with a hollow circle at one end and three indent pins sticking out.

A lot of the mechanics around here use this instead, but I don't know if it's specifically compatible with your need:
