Carbs not working

My bike has been sitting up for about 5 months. I've been trying to get it started but it only runs, when I hold the throttle open. I found out that I'm
only running on carbs 4 & 3. I removed them and cleaned all the gum, but 1 & 2 still wont work. The bowls all fill up BUT no luck once again. NEED HELP on fixing this problem...

My guess is that by now you have fouled the plugs.
Remove and clean them (or replace them) It can help to have two sets as when having carb issues they can foul quickly. This way you can swap a clean set out quick.

And only running if you give it throttle points to clogged pilot passages . Means it's not getting any gas at idle , and only gets it when you feed it throttle .

TRY THIS:

REPLACE THE FUEL.

Five month old fuel won't fire well because it will have evaporated a bunch of the lighter compounds out and grown bacteria that break it down. Drain the fuel and replace it with two gallons of fresh high-detergent fuel with about 1/5th of a bottle of techron fuel system cleaner (to liquify the gummy passage clogs).
