Fork Swap Please Help!!!

I have a 99/600 will the forks from a 98+ 750 swap over? The only diffrence I can find is the inner tube has a different part #. All other parts match. Please help. I need to get it back on the road so I can fix the car and still have a ride to work.

a 98 - 02 fork will fit with no problem. The inner tube from a 03-06 should fit as well, but the outter is different (as are the brake caliper mounts, etc)
