94 600 Exhaust to go along with my other annoying questions.

See my goal is to get a good sound CHEAP CHEAP. I just bought the bike and if I tell my wife I want to spend 300-1000 on exhaust she is gonna choke me...So I am just looking for helpful suggestions of making m stock exhaust sound good and not like a wind up toy..........

I'm a fan of slip on's my self. I got my slip on's (cobra F1's) for $137 off ebay. That is probably the best way to go. Also search around on here and there are many exhaust threads listing the sounds of different brands.

Well, to start with, you can do this:

After that, hunt eBay for exhausts in your price-range.
